This set of exercises is one of the older forms of "soft" chi-kung that the chinese martial arts practitioners used to perform. This set stimulates blood and Qi circulation while at the same time stretches the muscles and tendons drastically improving human metabolism.
Prolonged use of these exercises stretches the spine, reduces back related problems and helps a person remain strong and healthy even at old age.
